Yes, Normal Chris BBQ offers bulk ordering for select products. Please contact us for more information and pricing.

Normal Chris BBQ accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.

Orders usually ship within 2 -7 days. If you need your order faster, please get in touch with us before placing an order. We will work with you as best we can. We will note shipping delays at the top of the shop page.

We do not accept returns due to this being a consumable product. Please contact us if you have any questions about a product or order.

All coupon codes we offer can only be used one at a time. The discount does not apply to shipping or sales tax. Some coupons are valid sitewide, and some are only good for specific products or amounts. Contact us for support if you have any questions regarding a coupon code.

We strive to create unique rubs and seasonings you can't find on the shelves in grocery stores. Most brands add sugar, honey, or other types of sweeteners. A lot also add MSG and other "added" ingredients.

We don't do that. The only sweetener we use is Fig, and only in a few of our blends, not ALL. We want to create something different, savory, and flavorful. If you have any questions about our ingredients, don't hesitate to contact us.

Our products and their ingredients are produced in facilities that also process allergens. If you have an allergy concern, you may contact us for more information, but our products are not guaranteed to be free of any allergen.
